摘要
区域人才是地方区域的重要战略资源以及区域经济快速发展的重要保证,对于人才的重视程度是各级政府和人事管理部门的重要职责。区域各项事业的发展离不开人才资源智能和技术的贡献,人力资源管理措施的系统性、科学性对于人才资源的开发具有重要意义,人力资源充分发挥其效能性对于总体人才素质的提高具有强烈的现实意义。浦东新区坚持人才国际化战略,探索建立"国际人才创新试验区",坚持"走出去"和"引进来"相结合,积极参与国际市场人才资源配置。作为我国乃至世界重要的经济开发区,浦东发展进程备受瞩目,新区各项事业的高速发展与引进人才、关心人才、重视人才有着密切的关系,对于浦东人力资源以及相关产业需求的研究和讨论,具有重大意义。
Regional talent is an important strategy for local area resources and an important area to ensure rapid economic development,degree of importance attached to personnel at all levels of government and the personnel management department of the important responsi-bilities.The cause of the regional human resources can not develop without the contribution of intelligence and technology,human resource management,science of the systematic development of human resources for the importance of human resources to optimize their effectiveness of improving the overall quality of talent in a strong practical significance.Pudong New Area uphold talent internationalization strategy,explore ways to establish "innovative international talent test area",adhere to the "going out" and "bringing in" the combination of talents to actively participate in the international market allocation of resources.As China and even the world's important for Development zone,the new high-speed development and introduction of talent attract great attention,the Pudong demand for human resources and research and three discussion of great significance.
