摘要
以电流分析法为基础,通过对定子绕组故障的分析,提出了新的判定定子绕组故障的特征参量——三相电流之间的相位差,并用实验给予验证。在此基础上,以电流分析法为主,采用多种特征参量对定子绕组故障进行诊断。该方法直接选取定子电流作为特征信号,可方便地实现定子绕组故障的在线监测。同时通过对电机定子绕组故障的仿真,得到了开展现场诊断可资信赖的专家性的诊断经验。
Base on current analysis method, through the researching on the stator windings faults, the Phase Gap of three phase ′s current——a new fault characteristic coefficient to distinguish the stator windings faults was proposed. And it was tested by some erperiments. On the major of current analysis method, we adopt multi charateristic coefficient to diagnose the stator windings faults. The method directly select the stator ′s current as the characteristic signal, this make it is conveninent to monitor stator windings faults online. At the same time, on the basis of simulating of stator windings faults, we have goten the exerpt diagnostic experience which can be believe in to make diagnosis on the spot.
