摘要
目的了解国际疾病分类(ICD-10)肿瘤章节的双重分类。方法重新学习瘤章节C00-D48的分类规则,针对肿瘤所引起的一系列并发症进行分析研究,并对每一组肿瘤性疾病进行编码分类。结果分类过程中得出启示,对于由肿瘤引起的相关并发症,肿瘤章节是适应星剑号双重分类的。结论 ICD-10肿瘤章节虽没有星剑号编码指示,但当病案中的一些肿瘤性疾病诊断符合双重分类的原则时,编码人员应使用双重分类,给予正确编码。
Objective To understand the dual classification of tumor International Classification of Diseases（ICD-10）.Methods According to the article ＂Investigation on double coding of neoplastic diseases＂[1],we relearned the C00-D48 classification principles of tumor,analyzed a series of complications caused by tumor,coded and classified each group of neoplastic diseases.Results Tumor was fit for double classification of Star dagger due to relative complications caused by tumor.Conclusion Although there is no double coding guideline in tumor,personnel of coding should decisively apply dual classification for correct coding when some neoplastic diseases＇ diagnosis consistent with principles of double classification.
