摘要
目的分析2005-2009年原平市法定传染病疫情动态,为研究制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法对疫情资料进行流行病学描述性分析。采用Excel2003软件建立数据库,率的比较用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果年平均报告发病率360.78/10万(χ2=0.0002,P>0.1),年平均死亡率0.21/10万,病死率0.06%;发病前5位依次为乙肝、肺结核、手足口病、痢疾、丙肝。肠道传染病与呼吸道传染病所占比重明显下降,自然疫源及虫媒传染病和血源及性传播传染病所占比重呈上升趋势。人群分布男女性别比为1.67:1,发病率分别为437.91/10万和278.86/10万(χ2=423.75,P<0.005);年龄构成以20~59岁组略高于其它年龄组(占59.85%);职业分布前3位为农民、学生、工人。不同传染病季节性特征有所不同。结论应在继续巩固传染病防治成果基础上,进一步提高疫情监测的报告率和灵敏度。
Objective To analyze the epidemic dynamics of mandatory reported infectious diseases in Yuanping and provide scientific basis for effective control measures.Methods The surveillance data of mandatory reported infectious diseases from 2005-2009 were analyzed for observations of dynamic changes.Results The average annual incidence was 360.78/100 000,and the average annual mortality was 0.21/100 000 with the CFR as 0.06%.The highest incident rate of mandatory reported infectious diseases was hepatitis B,followed by tuberculosis,hand,foot and mouth disease,dysentery and hepatitis C.The proportion of the intestinal and respiratory infections had decreased significantly,while the proportion of natural foci of infectious disease,the insect-borne disease,blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases had been increasing.The rate of incidences was 1.67:1(437.91/100 000:278.86/100 000 person-year)for male to female(χ^2=423.75,P〈0.005).The highest risk age group was between 20-59,which accounted for 59.85% of the reported incidences.The incidences of different infectious diseases varied from season to season.Occupationally,farmers,students and workers were among the highest incidences of reported infectious cases.Conclusion We should further improve the sensitivity and accuracy of mandatory reported infectious disease surveillance.
