摘要
先用混凝+水解酸化法预处理抗生素废水,再用序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR)+一体化膜生物反应器(MBR)进行生化处理。结果表明:废水经混凝处理后,CODCr平均去除率达33.72%,水解酸化预处理后,CODCr平均去除率达到17.25%,可生化性提高;经SBR+MBR组合好氧工艺处理后,CODCr由平均进水1 200 mg/L降至出水195mg/L左右(≤300 mg/L),达到国家污水综合排放标准(GB 8978—1996)二级指标。
Coagulation-hydrolytic acidification process has been used for the pretreatment of antibiotic pharmaceu-tical wastewater.Then,SBR + MBR process has been used for treating the wastewater biochemically.The running results show that its CODCr average removal rate reaches 33.72%,after the coagulating treatment.The CODCr re-moval rate reaches 17.25%,and biodegradability is improved after hydrolytic acidification.Finally,the average ef-fluent CODCr drops from 1 200 mg/L to 195 mg/L(≤300 mg/L) after being treated by the combined SBR+MBR aer-obic process,which meets the 2nd class of the National Standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge(GB 8978— 1996).
