摘要
通过社会实践调查,结合近期发生的典型案例,就《物权法》与《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》的矛盾及其解决方案展开了研究,研究表明我国的拆迁条例仍有很多方面需要完善,现急需与《物权法》相配套的拆迁条例出台,以推进建设"服务型政府"和"和谐社会"的工作。
In this paper,the research had be combined with the investigation of social practice and a typical recent case,on the ＂PropertyLaw＂ and ＂Urban HousingDemolition Management Regulations＂ ofthe contradictions and their solutions.Studyshown that the demolition regulations in China have still a lot to be perfect and it is also needed to supporting the demolition regulations promulgated based on ＂PropertyLaw＂,and topromotethebuildingof＂service-oriented government＂ and ＂harmonioussociety＂ work.
