摘要
针对在某型飞机梁结构件静力试验任务中所遇高载荷、简支边界和高不稳定性等问题,提出以四点铰支系统支持试验件,采用多通道测量合力值为反馈值对加载作动筒进行单点闭环加载控制的新型试验加载控制方式,并在试验中成功应用,为以后试验设计开拓了一种新思路。
Experimental study on bearing strength of aircraft beam is different from general three-point bending test.Focusing on property of high load and structural destabilization in aircraft beam test,the new methods of computerized closed-loop control system with multiple channel measurement feedback is put forward.A testing loading method and the design of testing clamp are emphasized in this paper.It is proved that the clamp can meet the design requirement.It is helpful and presents some references to the similar test in the future.
