摘要
喷油器在试验过程中发生头部崩裂。对喷油器偶件的断口形貌、硬度、金相组织及化学成分进行了分析。结果表明:由于喷油器头部存在挤压损伤,使喷油孔开口处存在变形、孔径受挤变小,造成喷油器偶件工作时的压力异常升高,进而撑裂喷油孔而开裂。
The injector head broke up during test. The fracture morphology, hardness, microstructure and chemical composition of injector matching parts were investigated. The results show that, because of the extrusion injury in the injector head, the opening position of injection hole exists deformation and become smaller by squeezing, resulting in the injector matching parts' position of pressure rising during working, and then the injection hole cracks.
