心电图两种测量方法在判断老年女性左室肥厚准确性的比较

摘要 目的:两种心电图测量方法在诊断老年女性左室肥厚准确性的比较。方法:回顾性分析2006年以来进行心电图检查和二维超声心动检查诊断为左室肥厚的老年女性患者资料,排除心电图QRS波时限≥0.12秒及起搏心电图的患者。测量标准十二导联心电图QRS波振幅,分析比较Cornell电压标准与Sokolow-Lyon电压标准在诊断老年女性左室肥厚的敏感性、准确性。结果:心电图Cornell电压标准在诊断老年女性左室肥厚的敏感性、准确性高于Sokolow-Lyon电压标准。 Objective:Comparing the accuracy and sensitivity of Cornell voltage standard and Sokolow-Lyon voltage standard in diagnosing elder women's left ventricular hypertrophy according to electrocardiography.Methods:Retrospectively analyze case history of elder women diagnosed as patients who had left ventricular hypertrophy and had done both electrocardiographic tests and two-dimensional ultrasound cardiogram check in our hospital since 2007.The ones whose electrocardiographic QSR wave time pacing is greater or equal to 0.12s and the ones with electrocardiographic tests of cardiac pacemaker are excluded.Then the QSR wave amplitude of the standard 12-leads electrocardiogram is measured and the accuracy and sensitivity of electrocardiography with two different voltage standard is comparatively studied.Results:The accuracy and sensitivity of the result with electrocardiographic Cornell voltage standard is better than that with Sokolow-Lyon voltage standard in judging hypertrophy of elder women.
