摘要
为降低玉米种子脱粒过程中的损伤,设计了一种螺旋挤搓式玉米脱粒机。该机借助玉米果穗与螺旋滚筒之间以及玉米果穗与锥形外壳之间的摩擦作用,在推动玉米果穗向前移动的同时完成脱粒。在机器尾部设有浮动齿,使挤搓更加充分。实践表明,螺旋挤搓式玉米脱粒机设计合理,提高了玉米的脱净率,降低了破损率,且保证玉米芯完好。
In order to minimize the kernel damage,the spiral corn sheller by extruding and rubbing method is designed.Having the aid of the friction between corn and spiral roller and between corn and the tapered shell,corn are shelled in the meantime corn are pushed forward.And the corn are pressed-rubbed fully by the floating gear in the rear part.Practice proves that the design of the spiral corn sheller by extruding and rubbing method is reasonable.A higher threshing performance and a lower percentage of kernel damage can be received,and corn cob are comprehensive.
