摘要
"按类招生"已经成为我国高校招生发展的一个必然趋势,它有利于进行通识教育和培养高素质复合型人才,提供更多的专业选择空间进而改变原有的教学模式和人才培养模式,体现了"以人为本"的教育理念。通过对普通高等农业院校实施"按类招生"现状的分析,探讨了按类招生过程中出现的一些不足之处,并提出了实施"按类招生"需要建立新型的监管体制、改进人才培养模式、走出各学校自己的特色等对策。
Classified enrollment has become an inevitable trend of the colleges recruitment in the country,which is providing more professional choice and then changing its original mode of teaching and training model for the students.It is also conducive to general education and training high-quality compound talents and to the students after graduation professional in-depth and innovative development showing the concept of people-oriented philosophy of education.Based on the general practice in agricultural colleges,the enrollment status quo analysis of the recruitment process is done to overcome the emergence of some deficiencies.Implementation of the ＂Classified enrollment＂ has to establish a new regulatory system and to improve the training mode out of the school′s own characteristics.
