摘要
PASSIM卷烟机由于风室较长,在负载运行时传动装置对吸丝带的驱动力不足而发生打滑,造成烟丝分布不均,导致烟支空头率上升、重量标准偏差大等问题。根据同步齿形带的传动原理,对吸丝带传动的主动轮结构及驱动方式进行了改造。改造后有效解决了吸丝带打滑问题,烟支空头率由0.8%下降为0.3%,烟支重量偏差范围由原来的22.4~31mg下降为18~22.2mg,减少了原材料的消耗。
The suction band is liable to slip over the driving wheel in the long suction chamber in PASSIM cigarette maker,which results in uneven cut tobacco distribution and cigarette defects such as loose-end and abnormal cigarette weight deviation. According to the transmission principle of toothed belt,the driving wheel and driving of suction band was improved. The improvement effectively eliminated the slipping of suction band,the rate of loose-end cigarettes decreased from 0. 8% to 0. 3% ,and the standard deviation range of cigarette weight reduced from 22. 4-31 mg to 18-22. 2 mg,and the consumption of tobacco and materials was also down.
