摘要
近年来,中国无痛消化内镜也得到快速的发展,但没有无痛消化内镜检查和治疗的规范。共识由中国医师协会消化医师分会讨论通过,从以下几个方面达成共识,包括:无痛消化内镜开展的硬件要求,无痛消化内镜适应证和禁忌证,术前评估、术前准备和术前用药,术中监测及麻醉药物,术后评价等。
In recent years, sedated gastrointestinal endoscopy has developed rapidly in China, but yet a standard for manipulation and treatment using gastrointestinal endoscopy is lacking. The consensus was discussed and issued by Chinese Medical Association of Gastroenterologists and Hepatologists, and has achieved agreements on the following aspects： hardware requirements of sedated gastrointestinal endoscopy,indications and contraindications, preoperative evaluation, preparation and medication, intraoperative monitoring, anesthetic drugs administration and postoperative evaluation.
