摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法 87例急性胰腺炎患者被随机分为实验组(n=45)和对照组(n=42),对照组给予西药综合治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗。结果 1周后实验组痊愈率为88.9%,总有效率为97.8%,对照组痊愈率为69.0%,总有效率为85.7%,实验组临床效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西药结合应用于急性胰腺炎的治疗,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine therapy used in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 87 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into experimental group（n=45） and control group（n=41）.Both groups were given comprehensive western treatment,and control group was added to therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on bases of control group.Results After one week,the total effective rate in experimental group was 88.9%,the cure rate was 97.8%,and the data in control group was 69.0% and 85.7%,the clinical effect in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese combined with western medicine therapy used in treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis,can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
