摘要
目的探讨高龄高危前列腺增生(BPH)伴尿潴留患者用体外穿刺前列腺注射曲安奈德治疗的安全性和临床意义。方法 12例患者均采用经会阴部前列腺穿刺注射治疗,治疗后梗阻明显改善,排尿通畅。随访3个月,再对患者进行国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和生活质量评分(QOL)。结果治疗前、后3个月的IPSS、QOL分别为(31.4±2.4)分、(10.8±1.4)分和(5.5±0.7)分、(1.3±1.1)分,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针对高龄高危BPH并尿潴留患者进行体外前列腺穿刺注射的治疗方法安全有效,可明显改善临床症状和患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the safety and its clinical significance of treatment in the local drug injection of triamcinolone through perineal position to treat the aged patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia with urinary retention.Methods 12 patients were applied to the local drug injection through perineal position to treat BPH All the patients were follow-up survey for 3 months,and were unobstructed in emiction.All patients were assessed with International prostate symptom score（IPSS） and Quality of life（QOL） before and after operation 3 months.Results Before the treatment the IPSS was 31.4±2.4,and QOL was 5.5±0.7;3 months after treatment,while the IPSS was 10.8±1.4,QOL was 1.3±1.1 respectively.These changes were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The local drug injection through perineal position to treat senior and high risk patients of BPH with urinary retention is a safe,effective procedure,and it can relief symptoms,improve quality of patients＇life.
