摘要
劳动力要素的流动是均衡配置区间资源的重要途径,对区域经济发展产生重大影响。劳动力跨地区流动对流入地的"乘数效应"与对流出地的"扩散效应"之间存在效率差异,而这种差异是区域差距不断扩大的根源之一。因此,要促进区域经济的协调发展,必须建立劳动力流动与区域经济协调发展的协同机制,重点是发展落后地区的城市群,以落后地区城市群的发展来统筹城乡、区域发展。
Labor factor mobility is an important way to achieve balanced resources allocation,which has a significant impact on regional economic development.This paper analyzes the inflow ground effect and the outflow ground effect,and puts forward that the efficiency difference of inflow ＂multiplier effect＂ and outflow ＂spread effect＂ is the source of the widening regional disparities.Therefore,to promote the coordinated development of regional economy,the cooperation mechanism of labor mobility and regional coordinated development must be established,the city groups development of backward areas should be focused on through the city groups development to coordinate urban-rural development and regional development.
