摘要
生态文明发展战略对新型工业化如何解决环境问题提出了新的要求,在生态文明理念的引领下,新型工业化应把人的发展放到更重要的位置。从生态文明的视角审视环境与发展问题,一个基本的结论是:新型工业化应把环境问题放在首位,基本路径是大力发展低碳经济和循环经济。
The development strategy of ecological civilization brings forward the new requirements on how to solve the envi ronment problems. Led by the idea of ecological civilization, the new mode of industrialization should put more emphasis on man＇s developing, and examine the environment problems with the view of ecological civilization, the elementary conclusion is that it should put the environment problems on top for the new mode of industrialization, and the basic approach is to devote major efforts to developing low carbon economy and cyclic economy.
