摘要
教学决策是为了解决教学问题和实现教学目标,教师在多个教学方案之间进行抉择的过程,是教师自我管理的一部分,其意义在于不断寻求教学创新。教师教学决策根据不同的标准和目的,可以进行不同的分类。其影响因素可以归结为教育制度、决策动机、决策能力、社会支持以及对学生的了解程度等五个方面。
Teaching decision-making means that a teacher makes decision among choices of teaching projects.It’s a part of self-management for the teacher.Basing on different standards and purposes,teaching decisionmaking can be separated into different classifications.The significance of teaching decision-making is to get constant teaching innovation.The factors affecting teaching decision-making include educational institution,motivations of decision-making,abilities of decision-making,social support and the understanding of the students.
