摘要
安全度是建筑结构设计标准中最重要的基本问题。陈肇元院士对国内外建筑结构安全度的情况进行了对比分析,认为我国建筑结构设计安全度水平应予以提高,以适应我国当前经济发展的新形势。这是一个关系到建筑结构设计标准如何发展和完善的大问题,希各方专业人员予以重视,并展开更为深入的讨论。
The evolution of building structure design safety in China is briefly reviewed. Comparing with abroad, the constructional provision and the values of design load and standard load are lower, the design strengh of material is higher, which is not suitable to circumstances now. Author puts forward the proposal that the standard of current buiding structure design safety in our country should be raised greatly and the principle of seismic design should be reexamined.
