摘要
在归纳总结国内外相关研究成果的基础上,以江西省九岭山隧道为例,给出公路隧道危险品运输事故灾害等级及应急救援流程,并按照风险最小原则,提出危险品运输车辆通过公路隧道时的交通管制措施,制定危险品运输事故应急救援预案,以期为山区高速公路隧道安全生产工作提供参考。
Based on the research results in China and other countries,and taking jiuling mountain tunnel in Jiangxi as an example,the disaster grades and emergency rescue procedures for highway tunnel dangerous goods transport accidents are put forward.In accordance with the principle of risk minimization,the traffic control measures for highway tunnel dangerous goods transport are suggested,and the emergency rescue plan is constituted.The research can help with the safety management of highway tunnel in mountain area.
