摘要
在当今知识经济中,政府、产业、高校及科研机构正成为强化科技转让及吸收能力、提高产业集群竞争力的驱动力。山东省木材加工产业集群发展迅速,但其科技成果转化率偏低、创新能力不强、集群、政府、高校及科研机构的协同作用不显著。本研究基于三螺旋模型构建了山东省木材加工产业集群创新体系,探讨通过加强政府—集群—高校及科研机构的协同发展,促进木材加工产业集群创新发展。
In current Knowledge economy,government,industry,university and research institution are becoming driving force for enforcing technology's transferring and absorbing abilities,improving cluster's competitive force.Timber processing cluster of Shandong Province are developing rapidly,but with lower conversion rate of technical payoffs,weaker innovation abilities,and non-outstanding synergism of industry,government,university and research institution.Based on triple helix model,this study constructed innovation system for Shandong Province's timber processing cluster,and probed how to strengthen the collaborative development of government-cluster-university and research institution,so as to accelerate the cluster's innovational development.
