摘要
通过对65Mn钢丝进行不同温度、时间下的退火处理,测试了退火前后的抗拉强度。应用Matlab对工艺参数进行拟合,总结了钢丝的抗拉强度、退火温度、钢丝直径和走线速度的关系。采用PLC对炉温和钢丝走线速度的程序控制,实现了钢丝在线退火的自动化控制。控制系统的人机界面可以和PLC连接、进行通讯,方便用户对控制系统的操作。
65Mn steel wire was annealed at different temperature and time, the tensile strength was tested before and after annealing. The process parameters were fit by matlab. The relationships between tensile strength, annealing temperature, wire diameter and walking speed of steel wire were summarized. The temperature of furnace and wire-line speed was controlled by PLC, which achieves the automatic control of wire-line annealing. Man-machine interface of control system could connect to PLC and communicate, and the control system is easy to operate.
