甜瓜雄花器萼筒基部突起性状的观察与遗传研究 被引量:1

摘要 在对甜瓜雄花器萼筒基部突起性状观察和选择的基础上,以萼筒基部突起的高代稳定自交系C69和无突起的高代稳定自交系C70为父母本,得到F1、F2、BC1和BC2,对包括双亲在内的6个世代雄花器萼筒基部突起性状统计和遗传学分析结果表明,F2代突起和无突起分离比率符合3∶1,BC2的性状分离符合1∶1的比率。说明萼筒基部突起和无突起是一对相对性状,由一对等位基因控制,符合孟德尔遗传规律,突起对无突起为完全显性,无突起为隐性。同时,对各世代花器这一性状进行了形态学和解剖学观察。 Basing on the observation and selection of male calycinal basal protuberance(MCBP) of melon in the breeding practice, two stable self-crossing lines of high generation, C69 with MCBP and C70 without MCBP, were selected as parents to produce F1, F2, BC1, and BC2 generation. The statistical and genetic analysis on MCBP trait of F1, F2, BC1, BC2, as well as parent lines P1 and P2 showed that the separation ratio between MCBP and no MCBP was 3 : 1 in F2 generation, and 1 : 1 in BC2 generation, which indicated that MCBP trait was controlled by a pair of alleles following Medal Genetic Law. MCBP was a dominant trait compared with no MCBP. The morphological and anatomical observations of MCBP in different generations were carried out as well.
