摘要
介绍用氨基酸分析仪测定小麦粉中溴酸盐的分析方法。溴酸盐经离子交换柱分离,用联大茴香胺盐酸盐与溴酸盐进行生色反应,并通过紫外检测器检测溴酸盐含量。该方法的检测范围为1~10μg/mL,检出限0.1μg/mL,回收率96.2%。
The determination of bromate was discussed in flour products by amino acid analyzer.Bromate was separated by ion-exchange colum,The color reaction was ouccured in the bromate and dianisidine dihydrochloride,and measured the content of bromate by UV detector.The detection range of the method is 1~10μg/mL,the detection limits is 0.1μg/mL,the recovery is 96.2%.
