超临界600MW直流锅炉不停炉破坏水封运行案例分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对采用无渣井、无关断门设计的超临界600MW固态排渣锅炉在捞渣机出现故障后,必须破坏炉底水封进行放渣处理,否则只有停炉进行检修的问题,结合国电铜陵电厂2号锅炉破坏水封放渣失败的教训以及1号锅炉破坏水封成功的经验,探讨并总结出相应的不停炉破坏水封运行的措施;认为:通过正确操作来控制受热面温度不超限,保证锅炉不熄火,不仅可以实现不停炉检修,而且还可以减少对机组发电量的影响,节约启停机所需费用。 For a 600 MW supercritical dry-bottom furnace boiler without slag well and shutdown valve, the water seal at the furnace bottom has to be destroyed for discharging slag when the ash-conveyor breaks down, otherwise the boiler has to be shut down for overhauls. Therefore, combined with the relevant experiences and lessons in Guodian Tongling Power Plant, corresponding fault treating measures by destructing water seal while keeping boiler in operation are discussed and summarized. It is concluded that confining the heating surface temperature within limits through correct manipulation and strictly avoiding flameout of boiler can not only realize non-shutdown maintenance but also reduce influence on power generation of unit and save costs of unit startup and shutdown.
