微生态系统中整肠生菌增殖与滞留动态的研究 被引量:1

Studies on Kinetics of the Bacillus Growth and Tichenformis in the Microecological System

摘要 为了探讨整肠生菌在人体内微生态系统中的生长繁殖及滞留动态,采用了几种不同微生态系统接种培养方法,研究了整肠生菌在其中的消长状况。结果表明健康人体内微生态系统中该菌能迅速增殖,菌数为1.49×108~1.83×108/g,并能较长时间定植下来,30d后菌数为1.27×107~1.51×107/g。在病人体内微生态系统中增殖相对较慢些,菌数为1.40×108~1.67×108/g,30d后菌数为1.15×107~1.31×107/g。在人工模拟微生态系统中,pH为5.0~9.0,营养物为食物匀浆培养基,牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基时,其菌数为3.05×108/mL,3.42×108/mL。按照G=tn,∫NN0dNN=∫t0-Kdt,μ=μmsks+s计算,对数期pH7.5时,μ=0.0265~0.0277,整肠生菌在微生态物系统中的消长与其各因子的关系为生产和应用整肠生菌微生态制剂的生理治疗及其机制等的方面研究提供了科学依据。 Several methods of inoculation and cultivation in different microecological systems are used to study the kinetics of the bacillus growth and tichenformis in the microecological system of human body to obtain a clear understanding of it.The result shows a rapid growth of these bacteria in the microecological system of healthy human body:the amount of the bacteria can be made to increas 1.49×10 8~1.83×10 8/g and field planted over a long period of time,this bacterial number is 1.27×10 8~1.51×10 8/g after 30 days.The growth is slow in the microecological system of a patient,the amount of the bacteria can be made to increas 1.40×10 8~1.67×10 8/g,this bacterial number is 1.15×10 8~ 1.31×10 8/g ofter 30 days.The amount of the bacteria can be made to increase 3.05×10 8/mL and 3.42×10 8/mL,when the pH is 5.0~9.0 and medium of homogerize food and medium of the beef extract and peptone,in the microecological system of man made simulate.The results of kinetic research,according to c=t/n and ∫NN 0 d NN= ∫t0-K d t,μ=μmsk s+s for the count and drawing, μ=0.0265~0.0277 in the hlog bhase for the pH 7.5,the kinetic relationships between the these factors of physics and chemistry and growth and decline of Bacillus ticheniformis in the micrecoliogical system,provides a scientific basis for further research and development in the adjustment treatment and for formentation production in the use of the bacillus ticheniformis.
