摘要
高校担负着高素质创新人才培养的重任,要切实提高药学人才的全面素质和创新能力,就必须创新药学专业大学生教育培养模式。经过2年实践,构建了药学专业大学生创新性实验项目开展模式。该模式以培养大学生的创新能力为主导思想,包括研究项目的确定、项目实施方案、项目评价方法、项目开展结果等等环节,并对实施过程中存在的问题提出初步解决方案。该模式的成功构建有利于大学生创新素质的全面提高。
It is the important task to enhance college students innovative quality for higher education. It is imperative to innovate pharmacy student teaching mode for practically boosting their overal/quality and innovative ability. With two-year effort of practicing, the author makes a success of the establishment of innovative experiment developing mode which aims at training college students innovative abilities consisting of research proceeding determining, enforcing, evaluating results and resolving methods existing in the course of practicing. The practicing results show that new mode improve the oharmaey students innovative qualities greatly in their study and practice.
