摘要
优良的学风是提高教学质量的根本保证,是衡量教学质量的重要标准,也是学校生存与发展的精神支柱。影响学风的因素众多,因素之间的关系复杂,如何加强高校学风建设仍然是一个值得研究的课题。本文根据解释结构模型(ISM)方法得出的关于高校学风建设影响因素之间的关系,有针对性地提出具体建议,以促进高校学风建设的持续开展,提高高校的教学质量。
Excellent academic discipline proves the basic assurance for improvement of teaching quality and the critical standard of measurement and the paramount spiritual supporting column for university's existence and development. Factors affecting academic discipline and its complicated relations making enhancing university academic discipline a crucial issue. The essay proposed concrete suggestions as to the relations affecting the establishment of the preceding implication in accordance with the ISM , so as to promote the sustainable development of university academic discipline and improving teaching quality.
