摘要
随着计算机技术的迅猛发展,我国纸质档案数字化已经成为了必然趋势,这就提出了电子档案安全管理的问题,从物理因素、人为因素、计算机病毒、黑客等几个方面分析了对电子档案造成威胁的原因,并针对这些原因探讨了电子文档的安全管理方法。
Along with computer technology＇s rapid development,our country paper file digitization had already become the inevitable trend,this proposed the electronic file safety control＇s question,this article from the physical factor,the human factor,the computer virus,the hacker and so on several aspects analyzed has posed the threat to the electronic file the factor,and aimed at these reasons to discuss to the electronic documents safety control method.
