摘要
由于电子期刊具有信息量大、时效性强、检索功能强大等纸质期刊所无法比拟的优势,近年来高校图书馆引进的国内外大型高端电子期刊数据库的种类和数量不断增加,不可避免的对期刊阅览室传统的只进行简单的纸质期刊服务的工作模式产生了强烈的冲击和影响,迫使其必然进行改革、创新,融入电子期刊、参考咨询等服务;优化管理人员结构,改善阅览环境,加强对馆员自主学习意识和能力的培养,以适应网络环境下高校读者对期刊资源的多层面、高水平需求。
As electronic journals have a large amount of information,timeliness strong,powerful,such as retrieving paper periodical unmatched advantages of university libraries in recent years,the introduction of domestic and international large-scale high-end e-journal database,the types and quantities increasing the inevitable Periodical Reading Room on the traditional paper-based journals is only a simple working model services produced a strong impact and influence,forcing the inevitable re-form,innovation,integration of electronic journals,reference and consulting services;optimize the management structure,improve reading the environment,strengthen the librarian#39;s self-learning awareness and ability to adapt to the network environment of the Journal of College Readers of resources multidimensional,high-level requirements...
