硫化锌等级微球的液相合成与光催化性质研究 被引量:2

Fabrication of ZnS Hierarchical Microspheres with Photocatalytic Property by a Mild Solution Method

摘要 采用无水氯化锌和氨基硫脲作为前躯物,通过有机酸辅助的合成路线成功获得高产量的硫化锌微球。丙二酸对于这种等级结构的微球的形成发挥了重要作用,同时丙二酸的合适用量对于硫化锌微球的生成也是必需的。此外,对于形成的硫化锌微球的光催化性质进行了研究,研究结果表明,这种材料在紫外光照条件下,表现出良好的降解染料罗丹明B(RhB)的光催化活性。 Large quantities of zinc sulfide hierarchical microspheres were successfully obtained by a mild organic acid-assisted route using zinc chloride anhydrous and aminothiourea as precursors. The malonic acid played a key role as a structure-directing agent in driving such hierarchical microsphere structures. Certain amounts of malonic acid were necessary for the formation of zinc sulfide hierarchical microspheres. The photocatalytic properties of as-synthesized zinc sulfide hierarchical microspheres were studied,which showed excellent photocatalytic activity for the degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) under the irradiation of UV.
