无砟轨道高速铁路桥梁线形控制技术研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对无砟轨道高速铁路对桥梁顶面高程和平整度要求较高的特点,提出了无砟轨道桥梁顶面线形控制方法和混凝土即将浇筑完的梁面标高计算公式.以京津城际北京环线特大桥跨四环桥为工程背景,结合应用灰色理论和自适应控制方法对该桥的挠度和预拱度进行预测,线形控制结果表明:这两种控制方法及本文提出的梁顶面线形控制的方法适用于悬臂施工无砟轨道高速铁路桥梁的施工监控. The bridges on high speed railway which adopted ballastless tracks has strict demand on the elevation and smoothness of the beam's top surface.So,the linear monitoring method for the beam's top surface elevation of bridges on the ballastless track high speed railway was introduced,and the formula of the beam's top surface elevation after concreting was put forward.The grey system and self-adaptive control method were both applied to the linear monitoring of Beijing 4th ring road bridge at Beijing-Tianjin express passenger line,and the vertical deflection and precamber were forecasted for this bridge.The linear results indicate that this two construction control methods and the beam's top surface elevation control methods are suit for the construction control of the bridges on ballastless track high speed railway.
