摘要 目的探讨社区护理学实践教学的最佳模式,提高本科护生社区护理综合素质。方法将2002、2003级86名护生设为对照组,社区护理实践采用传统教学方法 ;将2004、2005级110名护生设为实验组,缩短理论授课时数,实施模拟实践、社区见习、社区实习的三阶段改革教学法。结果实验组实践成绩、护生对实践教学模式的认可程度显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论三阶段的社区护理实践教学可提高护生实践技能及综合素质。 Objective To establish an optimum model for teaching of community nursing practice, and to promote undergraduate nursing students' competence for community nursing. Methods Totally, 86 students of Grade 2002 and 2003 served as the control group, and conventional teaching was employed in community practice; 110 students of Grade 2004 and 2005 were enrolled in the experimental group, and they were subjected to three-stage teaching pattern of community nursing practice that reduced theory courses and contained such stages as simulation practice in school, probation and practice in community. Results The achievement of practice and studentsr appraisal of teaching model in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The three-stage teaching pattern of community nursing practice can improve practicing skills and competence of undergraduate nursing students.
