摘要
高校辅导员职业生涯规划是指各级组织和辅导员自身对辅导员职业发展所进行的规划。目前高校辅导员队伍发展存在的主要问题,如何建立辅导员职业生涯规划,高校辅导员职业生涯发展规划的途径,高校辅导员职业生涯发展规划的意义。
The university tutors＇ career and development planning is the planning of organizations and tutors themselves for the latter＇s career development. The paper discusses the existing problems in the tutors＇team and proposes ways to construct such plan.
