子宫内膜超声异常在体外受精-胚胎移植患者中的诊断价值被引量：4

Diagnostic value of transvaginal sonography to endometrium disorders in patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

摘要目的:探讨子宫内膜超声异常在体外受精胚胎移植患者中诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析328例体外受精-胚胎移植助孕患者的临床资料,经阴道超声检查有异常回声者为观察组,正常者为对照组,以宫腔镜为金标准,比较其诊断阳性率。结果:在体外受精-胚胎移植前观察组经宫腔镜检查阳性率为75.95%,对照组为8.82%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。体外受精-胚胎移植中观察组种植率和妊娠率分别为25.45%和54.76%,对照组分别为20.65%和42.03%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。体外受精-胚胎移植后2组病变阳性率分别为15.79%和9.38%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自然周期经阴道超声检查是诊断不孕症患者宫腔病变的有效方法,而在超促排卵周期中阴道超声提示的内膜回声异常不完全与内膜病变相关。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal sonography to endometrium disorders in patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.Methods The clinical data of 328 patients receiving in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer were studied retrospectively.The patients with abnormal endometrial echoes served as the observation group,while the others with normal endometrial echoes as control group.Hysteroscopy result was considered as the gold standard for identification of intrauterine disease.Results The positive rate of transvaginal sonography was 75.95% in the observation group,and 8.82% in control group before in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,which showed a significant difference（P0.01）.During in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,the implantation rate and the pregnancy rate were 25.45% and 54.76% in the observation group,and were 20.65% and 42.03% in control group,which showed no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.After in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,the positive rates were 15.79% and 9.38%,which showed no significent difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion Transvaginal sonography can serve as one method in natural cycles to monitor the endometrium disorders in infertility women.Abnormal endometrial echo on transvaginal sonography is not totally related to endometrium disorders.
