髋臼四方区骨折的手术治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 涉及四方区的髋臼骨折较多见．在髋臼骨折的Judet—Letournel分型中多涉及髋臼四方区域。髋臼骨折为严重的负重关节内的骨折，对该类髋臼骨折的治疗，目前临床上普遍认为．进行手术治疗、解剖复位可以获得一个比较好的功能恢复。然而髋臼周围解剖结构复杂，附近有重要的血管神经。使传统的手术治疗方法在暴露髋臼四方区域时存在很大风险．且骨质较薄的四方区域和骨折类型复杂多变。导致复位及固定存在着很多难点。无法保证四方区域向内侧移位，很难实现其解剖复位和坚强的内固定．因此手术治疗髋臼四方区的骨折是一个极具挑战性的工作。
