摘要
从准确把握市场、发挥编辑自身的专业优势、把握读者对象、培育和维护作者资源、平衡风险和收益、努力形成品牌、提升服务七个方面,结合自己的工作实践,就如何提高图书策划成功率提出一些建议。
Connected with the practice,this paper put forward some suggestion on the promoting the success of topics selection.There are seven aspects as follows: to control the book market correctly,to give full play to the professional advantage of editor,to know more of reader,to Cultivate and Maintain resource of author,to balance the risk and income,to create a name brand and to improve the service quality.
