一种光纤光栅磁场传感器设计与实验

Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor for Measuring Magnetic Field

摘要 采用等强度简支梁结构,设计了一种带集磁装置的新型光纤光栅磁场传感器,将光纤光栅粘贴在简支梁的表面,磁场强度通过集磁装置转化为磁力,磁力导致等强度简支梁发生形变,从而带动光栅形变,通过检测光纤光栅中发射波长值的变化来测量磁场强度。多次实验表明,磁感应强度70 mT的变化能使等强度简支梁发生近80με,与理论分析结果有较好的吻合。 The performance of the FBG sensor with a special structure simply supported beam to measure the magnetic field is analyzed and demonstrated.Paste fiber bragg grating on the surfaces of the simple beam,magnetic lead to simple beam deformation occurs,thereby facilitating the grating deformation,By detecting the changes in the emission wavelength to measure the value of the magnetic field strength.The results indicate that when the magnetic induction is 70 mT the simply supported beam's strain can reach nearly 80 με,which matches the theoretical analysis.
