摘要
富氧及全氧燃烧辊道窑是以纯氧或高浓度氧作为助燃介质燃烧的新型陶瓷辊道窑,针对该窑的燃烧特性,设计一种适合富氧及全氧燃烧陶瓷辊道窑的燃烧控制系统。该系统由脉冲燃烧控制子系统和比例燃烧控制子系统构成,采用脉冲燃烧控制子系统完成窑炉温度控制的粗调,比例燃烧控制子系统实现窑炉温度控制的精调,它们共同执行一个烧成曲线,提升陶瓷辊道窑的燃烧性能,节省能源,提高产品质量。最后举例设计一个系统。实践表明,该系统能较好的完成控制要求。
The oxygen-enriched and pure-oxygen roller kiln is a new type of ceramic roller kiln for using pure or high-concentration oxygen as its combustion-supporting medium.According to its characteristics,a design of the combustion control system is proposed in this paper.The system consists of two subsystems-the pulse-combustion control system and the proportion-combustion system.The pulse combustion system is used for rough adjustment for temperature control of the roller kiln while the proportion-combustion system used for accurate adjustment. Both of the two adjustments are done according the only one sinter curve.They are designed to improve the performance of the ceramic roller kiln,save the energy and improve the quality of the products.An Instance of the system design is given in this paper.The result shows that the system can meet the control demand well.
