超声雾化在线提取气相色谱法测定孜然中挥发性成分 被引量:3

Determination of Volatile Component from Fruit of Cuminum cyminum L.by Ultrasonic Nebulization Extraction Coupled with On-line Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了在线超声雾化提取气相色谱法测定孜然中枯茗醇的方法。利用超声雾化提取法的优势,使样品中的挥发性化合物直接进入提取瓶的顶空气相,再由载气载带入气相色谱仪进行检测。将提取与检测有效地结合起来,减少了提取过程中挥发性成分的损失和基质干扰并简化了实验步骤。实验的最优条件为10mL乙醇提取5min;管路温度80℃;载气流速270mL/min,静置1min后进样10s。测定了3种不同产地孜然中的枯茗醇,其含量在13.3~17.7mg/g之间,回收率为95.0%~115.5%。 The gas chromatography coupled with on-line ultrasonic nebulization extraction (UNE) was developed to the extraction and determination of cumic alcohol from fruit of Cuminum cyminum L.. In this experiment, the analyte can rapidly be extracted and transferred from the solid sample to gas phase. And then the sampling gas was introduced into GC. The proposed on-line system can reduce loss of analyte, and affect of sample matrix and simplify the experimental operation. The experimental parameters of online-UNE are as follows: extraction solvent of 10 mL alcohol; extraction time of 5 min; tubing temperature of 80 ℃; flow rate of purging gas of 270 mL/min, standstill time of 1 min and sampling time of 10 s. Three kinds of samples were analyzed. The extraction yields of cumic alcohol were 13.3-17.7 mg/g from three kinds of samples and the recoveries were 95.0%-115.5%.
