专项投资项目,应形成一个集专项投资项目管理与固定资产管理于一体的管理平台,充分利用现代信息和网络技术,通过多个部门及环节的配合,解决高校专项投资项目管理中的迫切需求,在实际运用中会体现显著的效益,确保账实相符、账账相符、账目与计划相符。
Specialized investment project in university should be more efficiently executed with higher project manage- ment level. In new circumstances, to solve the problems from specialized investment project management, it is necessary to establish a platform combining specialized investment project management and capital assets management, making full use of modern information and internet technology, collaborating with resources of different aspects. Such method for specialized investment project management would bring outstanding benefits, and make accounts match the facts and schemes.
