摘要
电磁弹射用永磁无刷直流直线电动机一般工作在加速和减速的暂态下,电流较大,以往关于换相推力波动的分析结论误差较大,需要加以研究。在充分考虑影响永磁无刷直流直线电动机换相推力波动各种因素的基础上,推导了适合在大电流条件下,具有普遍意义的换相期间各相电流波动、换相持续时间和换相推力波动解析式。与以往结论进行了比对,指出电流较大时结论更能反映实际情况。最后通过系统仿真对上述表达式的正确性进行了验证。
Permanent magnet brushless DC linear motor(PMBLDCLM) used in electromagnetic launchers(EMLs) always work on accelerating state or decelerating state.On this condition,its armature current is often so high that its torque ripple due to commutating current is quite different from that in the traditional conclusion.Therefore,a new analysis is necessary.By taking all parameters that affect the commutating force ripple of PMBLDCLMs into consideration,the formulas for phase currents,commutation duration and force ripple were derived from the equivalent model of the PMBLDCLM.These formulas are suitable for all kinds of BLDCMs,especially for those that have high armature current.Compared with classical commutating formulas,the presented formulas can represent the commutating process on high-current condition more accurately.At last,a simulink model was built and the validity of these formulas was verified.
