摘要
以济南市为研究对象来开展建设用地集约利用评价,构建了建设用地集约利用的评价指标体系,此体系包含了利用强度指数、增长耗地指数、用地弹性指数和贡献比较指数,采用定性分析与定量评价相结合的方法,定性分析主要从人口、经济发展与建设用地之间的关系来反映建设用地集约利用趋势;在定量分析时采用主成分分析法计算集约利用值,根据集约利用值确定了建设用地集约利用的等级,并分析了区县建设用地集约利用的差异特征。根据研究结果提出了相关的建议。
This paper takes Jinan as example to appraise the construction land intensive use.In this paper,designs the appraisal indicators style,which concludes use extent indicator,increasing consumption indicator,use elasticity indicator and contribution comparison indicator,and adopts qualitative analysis and quantitative assessment.In the qualitative analysis,the relationship between development about population and economic and change of construction land is analyzed and gets the intensive use trend of construction land and intensive use values of each county,the whole counties are low effective expansion except Pingyin county.In the quantitative assessment,the method of AHP is used and the weights of each indicator are gotten,then calculates the land intensive values according to the weight multiplying standard value of each indicator,and then divides the values into four grades,which is intensive,relatively intensive,relatively extensive and extensive,then analyzes the difference of intensive use among counties.Lastly,gives some advices about construction land intensive use according to the researching results.
