松香基功能高分子稀土离子配合物固定化糖化酶 被引量:2

Immobilization of Glucoamylase by Rosin Based Functional Polymer-Rare Earth Ion Complexes

摘要 分别以聚马来松香己二醇酯(PMHE)、马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯聚合物(PMAGE)和马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯-丙烯酸共聚物[Poly(MAGE-AA)]为载体,以Y3+为桥键配离子固定化糖化酶,并测定了固定化糖化酶的性能。结果表明,Poly(MAGE-AA)Y En固定化酶的性能较好,最适温度为50℃,比游离酶高出10℃;最适pH值为5.01;重复使用5次后,活性为1888.00 U.g-1,说明固定化糖化酶的稳定性增强。 Immobilized glucoamylase were prepared by using polymer of maleated rosin acid-hexandiol ester(PMHE),copolymer of maleated rosin acid-acrylic acid-glycol ester-acrylic acid [Poly(MAGE-AA)] and polymer of maleated rosin acid-acrylic acid-glycol ester(PMAGE) as carriers and the method of rare earth ion coordination.The performances of the immobilized enzymes were determined.The result showed that the highest activity was observed for the Poly(MAGE-AA)YEn.The optimal temperature and pH value was 50℃ and 5.01,respectively.The immobilization enzyme activity was 1888.00 U·g-1 after used for 5 cycles.It proved that the stability of immobilized glucoamylase was increased.
