摘要
文中通过分析西安浐灞国际港务区建设面临的问题,探讨了西安国际港务区的发展定位、功能规划,继而提出应从政府领导和协调、政策支持、行业规范三个方面促进西安国际港务区的发展。
The paper analyzes Xi＇an Chanba International Logistics Zone problems,of the Xi＇an International Port District,the development of positioning,functional planning and then the from the government leadership and coordination,policy support,the industry standard of three to promote Xi＇an International area development.
