摘要
以3S技术为核心,综合运用数据库管理和现代网络通信技术,研究建立了基于C/S和B/S结构下的省、市、县三级森林防火辅助决策系统,为各级森林防火部门的森林火险预测预报、防火设施布局、森林火情监测、林火扑救指挥、火灾损失评估等的科学决策提供了技术平台。
This article described the design and realization of forest fire prevention assistant decision-making system by using GIS,RS,and GPS database and network communication technology.The system was established on the technology of C/S and B/S to service at three levels of forestry fire departments： provincial,municipal,and county.It provides a technique platform for scientific decision-making of forest fire forecast-prediction,facility layout,monitoring,extinguishing command and loss evaluation.
