摘要
分析高校图书馆变革服务模式的必要性和紧迫性,结合创新人才素质要求,提出高校图书馆应结合自身优势,运用人才成长规律,推行交往服务、协同服务、展示推介服务等服务模式,积极有效地参与高校创新人才的培养。
This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of innovation in university library service model, baaed on the demand of the quality of creative talent, proposes that university library should combine their own advantages, make use of talent development laws, implement the service model of contact service, collaboration services and display, suggestion services, participate in the cultivation of university creative talent actively and effectively.
