胸腔内注入顺铂联合热疗治疗癌性胸水26例临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察胸腔灌注顺铂联合热疗与单纯胸腔灌注顺铂治疗癌性胸水的临床疗效。方法:将51例癌性胸水的患者随机分成2组:治疗组(26例)采用胸腔灌注顺铂联合热疗的治疗方法,对照组(25例)采用单纯胸腔内灌注顺铂的治疗方法。结果:治疗组胸水控制有效率(80.8%)明显高于对照组(52%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量改善率(57.7%),高于对照组(28%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);热疗的不良反应较轻,患者能耐受。结论:胸腔内注入顺铂联合热疗方法是治疗恶性胸水有效的方法之一。
