摘要
针对核电转子热处理用立式喷淬机架方案,本文采用ANSYS软件对其强度、刚度、模态及地震响应进行了有限元分析。结果表明,原方案能达到正常使用要求,但耗材较多,占用空间大。为此提出了改进方案,对进一步的结构设计及实际应用具有一定参考价值。
According to the scheme of cooling machine frame used in nuclear power rotor heat treatment, the finite element method are applied to study the intensity, stiffness, modal analysis and the dynamic response under seismic load in the article with the software ANSYS. It reveals that the original scheme meets all the requirements under normal operation condition. But it consumes much steel material and space. Improvement has been made and it provides some reference value for the further structure design in practical application.
