摘要
结合食品科学与工程学科发展实际,从重视实践性教学的目的、模式、内容、考核等方面,对如何培养理工科学生的质量和水平作了描述,并提出了河南工业大学在实践性教学改革和探索创新上的一些做法。
In combination with the development of the discipline of food science and engineering,the article discusses how to improve the quality and level of the science and engineering students from some aspects of emphasize on practical teaching,such as practice teaching purpose,pattern,content and test.Some experience of the practice teaching reform and innovation in Henan Industry University was received.
